Return and Refund Policy

At amaioofficial.com, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order for any reason.

Important:
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be shipped back to us and postmarked before the 14-day return window expires. Return requests submitted within the return period but shipped after the deadline may be refused.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

• If an item is damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion.

• During the return period, you may open the packaging and test the product as you would in a physical store to ensure proper functionality.

• Please avoid excessive testing. If the product loses value due to excessive handling, the refund amount may be reduced.

• Opening sealed packaging may make the item ineligible for return. We recommend keeping packaging intact and properly resealed whenever possible.

Return Authorization

Once you submit a return request by emailing info@amaioofficial.com, you will receive a response within 48 business hours with either a return address or a return shipping label, depending on your case.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping is free of charge.

• You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item’s condition.

• Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be accepted.

Voluntary Returns

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect purchase, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and logistics.

• A 40% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

• We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.

• Refunds are processed within 10 days from the date you notify us of your decision to return.

• Once issued, refunds typically appear in your account within 2–3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Who Pays Return Costs?

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

Return & Refund Procedure

• Order number

• Product pictures

• Reason for return

Step 2: Our returns team will respond within 2 working days with return instructions. Items must be returned separately if more than one product is involved.

Step 3: Ship the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from delivery. The item must be returned before the return window closes to remain eligible.

Step 4: Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving your return request or returned item, whichever occurs later.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase by emailing info@amaioofficial.com.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Customer-requested cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable payment processing fee.
