Product Returns

return policy

Our return policy is hassle-free. We offer complimentary returns on all items (except ‘Sale’ items) within 30 days from the time of your parcel's arrival for a refund, or store credit. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

International Return Policy: Unfortunately we do not currently accept returns on international orders. 

Please include your original packing slip in your return parcel. Worn merchandise cannot be returned and AMAIÒ, Inc. has full discretion in determining if items are in original condition when returned; products washed or worn will not be accepted. returning your order

If you would like to return an item, please visit our Returns Center to initiate the process. 

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 4 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be inspected and processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with your store credit code.

damages

We kindly ask that you try our swimwear on with your underwear to avoid any potential signs of wear. We consider:

  • Deodorant
  • Makeup
  • Dirt
  • Grease
  • Food

Or any other stain of this nature as damaged. Any holes or rips found on your return item will not be accepted. Additionally, original tags, care tags, and hygienic liners must be intact. If any of the garments are returned with the above-mentioned damages, we will be unable to offer a refund, or store credit for items sent in this condition. If you received a damaged item, please visit our Returns Center to exchange right away. We kindly ask that you include an image of the damage. 

refunds

We're happy to accept returns for a full refund (on non-sale purchases) within 30 days of your parcel arriving. 

exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges. We encourage you to request a refund or store credit. Once we receive your item(s) back at our warehouse, we will process your return and issue your refund or store credit.

no international returns

We do not offer refunds or returns on international orders at this time. We encourage international customers to utilize our Size Chart and/or our Fit Concierge feature to find the proper fit before purchasing.

 

 

sale items

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded. 

Full-priced items purchased with a discount/coupon code are eligible for store credit. AMAIÒ has full discretion in determining if items are in original condition when returned; products washed, damaged, or worn will not be accepted.
