Standard orders are typically processed between 2-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. During sales, please allow 4-5 days to ship your order. Pre-orders typically ship in 4-6 weeks. Domestic orders take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the carrier you select. Domestic orders are shipped USPS. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders.
International Orders: May be returned for store credit or exchange of the product price only. Refunds are not accepted at this time. International customers are responsible for return handling and return shipping costs. You will not be reimbursed for original customs or duty fees. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Tax: We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of California. For all California orders a sales tax of 9.5% does apply.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept free returns on all items (except items marked Final Sale) within 30 days from time of shipment for a refund with a 15% restocking fee, store credit, or exchange. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and hygienic liner. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Items purchased with a coupon code are eligible for exchange and store credit only. Amaiò Official has full discretion in determining if items are in original condition when returned; products washed or worn will not be accepted.

CARE FOR YOUR AMAIÒ
We recommend hand washing your suit in cold water with the a gentle detergent. Leave out to dry under the shade. Do not put your suit in the washer or dryer. We do not recommend wearing the swimwear in very chlorinated water or exposing it to something that might result in a stain. In order to make the special fabric of our swimwear, we do not treat it with any chemicals to make it resistant to stains or discoloring.
